“Practically Perfect in every way"..”

When Brianna reached out to us about a Mary Poppins themed baby shower, we knew right away that we wanted to transform the space into a Jolly Holiday afternoon tea party. Since the mommy-to-be was having a boy, we used pastel blue and green as the base color, with pops of muted red, yellow and orange to work off of Berts’ Jolly Holiday blazer. We wanted the entrance to make the guests feel like they were touching down on 17 Cherry Tree Lane with Mary. We used rod iron fencing, cherry blossom trees and a cart with Mary’s carpet bag and umbrella. From, there, the guests walked through kites sailing through the air with the table seating arrangements to add a dreamy and whimsical feel like they were walking into a movie scene. The first vignette was a nursery themed table with individually wrapped face masks that guests could grab from a toy chest. Once at their seats, guests had a cloche bonnet hat waiting for them on their chair so they would be tea party ready. See the photos below to go on a Jolly Holiday!
